Fab Homes opening hours are suited to the working professional to maximize viewing and interviewing opportunities. Arrangements can also be made for Sunday viewings.
Our office lines are open from 9:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 3pm on Saturdays.

  • Ensure the collection of your monthly Rental Payments
  • Prompt transferral into your specified Bank Account online
  • Production of a monthly Invoice for your Tax purposes
  • Production of a yearly landlord statement on request
  • Follow up Tenant in case of any missed payments
  • Instruct our debt collector when tenants are delaying payments
  • Make RGI claim & instruct legal action should it be necessary
  • Deal with any queries or Emergencies during the Tenancy
  • Advise of all Repair Quotes prior to carrying out any work
  • Arrange repair work if necessary or use nominated contractors
  • Carry out 6-monthly Property Inspections
