Information collection: what and how

We may collect your personal data when you interact with our website, register with us to receive our services.

Data collected may be technical information including the internet protocol address, browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform as well information about your visits inclusive of the URL clickstream to/through as well as from our website, pages you viewed or searched for and other.

If you are purchasing, renting, selling or letting a property through us we collect and use your personal data in order for us to provide you with our services. We may process your data when communicating with you and providing our services in connection with property sale/lettings such as but not limited to identity verification and when conducting our business and pursuing our respective legitimate interests, respond to any complaints, comments you or other may make in connection with our services or properties which we deal with and for any legal claims, compliance, regulatory and investigative purposes as required (inclusive of disclosure of any information in connection with legal process or litigation) and when responding to various government or law enforcement authorities request conducting an investigation.

As a business we collect, use and store as well as transfer different types of personal data depending on who you are when you choose to interact with us on our website, via email or phone or otherwise provide information directly to us. Through direct interactions you may give us your personal data including your identity, contact details as well as finance-related personal data when filling in our forms or via email/post correspondence or over the phone for the purpose using our services/providing feedback or when requesting marketing information to be sent across to you.

Data retention period

We will hold onto your personal data whilst you use our services or whilst we provide services connected to you and we will keep the data for up to 7 years rom your last interaction with us.
