We have used Fab Homes for just under 10 years. Through this period we have undergone two large scale renovations, both of which have been dealt with exceptionally well by Fab Homes and with very little hassle on our part. The staff are dedicated and you feel a genuine personal touch, especially when there are issues with tenants or renovations. I personally get the feeling that they are happy to earn their fee but look after your interests too - unlike many rouge agents who are only in it to bleed as much out of the landlord (and tenants) as physically possible! I always have been and continue to be extremely satis-fied with Fab and would thoroughly recommend them.
